Welcome to The Hangout Deck!
Located just 1 block from the beach, The Hangout Deck is the perfect vacation destination for families and friends looking to make lasting memories in Gulf Shores. With spacious living areas, multiple balconies, and tons of entertainment options, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers everything you need to unwind, relax, and have fun. Whether you're lounging on the beach, playing games, or grilling up a meal in the private backyard, there’s something for everyone at this pet-friendly haven!

☆ BEDROOMS ☆
All four cozy bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, ceiling fan, comfortable bedding, and ample closet space. On the main level, you'll find one bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with two full beds, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Upstairs, there is an additional bedroom with a king bed.

The 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 people.

This home offers 2.5 bathrooms, conveniently located across both levels, ensuring easy access for all guests. The main level includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a nearby half bath. On the upper level, there's a full bathroom with a shower.

☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker. Enjoy a homemade breakfast with the oven, microwave, and other kitchen gadgets, while the dishwasher handles cleanup. The open-concept design allows ample space for multiple guests, with seating for six at the dining table and four at the kitchen bar. The living room offers a cozy sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV for relaxation and togetherness.

When it’s time to kick back and have some fun, there’s something for everyone. Play retro favorites on the Nintendo Switch with 150+ classic games, including Super Mario Bros. 3, Donkey Kong Country, and The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening. Prefer something more hands-on? Dive into a NERF battle, play air hockey, mini golf, or challenge your crew to a game of giant chess. Whether you're young or just young at heart, the fun never stops!

Welcome to The Hangout Deck—your go-to spot for morning coffee, evening chats, and everything in between. Relax, play games, and soak in the ocean breeze on the spacious deck designed for quality time together.

The private backyard offers even more space to enjoy, featuring picnic tables and a charcoal grill—perfect for easy outdoor meals and family cookouts. Just bring your charcoal and favorite ingredients!

Pet Note: Furry friends are welcome indoors but not allowed in the backyard sand or on the putting greens. If an accident happens, please clean it up right away to keep the space fresh for everyone.

PARKING:
There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Wi-Fi: High-speed wireless internet and Smart TVs throughout the house – Just log in to your own streaming services to watch your favorite shows and movies.

AMENITIES PROVIDED
Please note: Starter supplies are provided for your convenience. Be prepared to purchase more for the duration of your stay. Supplies include: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, trash can liners, 1 hand soap & face soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

We provide one bath towel per guest (up to our maximum occupancy) as well as bedding. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: We follow the cancellation policy agreed upon at booking. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. No refunds for weather-related issues or events beyond our control, including hurricane season (June 1–Nov 30). No date changes after the free cancellation period.

ITEM VARIATION IN PHOTOS: Photos are for reference only. Items like lamps, rugs, and decor may change due to damage or replacement needs. Room setup and bed sizes will remain as shown. No refunds for these changes.

MONTHLY RENTALS: Available from November through February—perfect for a winter escape to the Gulf Coast!

HOUSE RULES: Important, please read!
This property requires a signed renter agreement and a security deposit hold to finalize your reservation. The door code is not provided until these steps are completed.

☞Rental Agreement: After booking, you will sign a rental agreement outlining the guidelines and house rules. We use approved API-connected software, allowing guests to easily set up their security deposit and sign the agreement.
☞Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit "HOLD" will be placed 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after check-out, provided no damages are reported. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank's processing times.
☞Trip Insurance: We recommend purchasing trip insurance for weather or health-related emergencies. Please note that no refunds or date changes are allowed after the free cancellation period.
☞Cancellation Policy: We will adhere to our cancelation policy, In the event of cancellation, any Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing fees are non-refundable.
☞Rental Age: Per HOA rules, guests must be 25+ to book and must stay for the entire duration.
☞Occupancy: Max 10 guests (age 2+ must be included). Over occupancy limit = $500 fee.
☞No visitors/unregistered guests allowed. $150/person/night fee applies. No 3rd-party bookings.
☞No parties, banners, or balloons. Booker is responsible for any damages or extra cleaning fees.
☞Quiet Hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Violations = $250 fine, loss of deposit, and immediate eviction.
☞Check-In: After 4 PM. Early check-in $50-$100 if available; not offered during peak/holidays.
☞Check-out by 10 AM. Late fee: $50 per half-hour. No shipping forgotten items.
☞Smoking: No smoking inside. Violations incur $250 fine, loss of deposit, and damage fees.
☞Parking: Parking is available for up to 4 cars. No street or remote parking available. Do not park on the grass.
☞Security Cameras: 2 cameras (facing parking & staircase) recording during your stay. Tampering incurs a fee.
☞Pest Control: We have monthly pest control and bed bug inspections. To minimize insects, please keep doors and windows closed when not in use.
☞Outages: Electricity, internet, and cable services may be interrupted during storms or due to issues beyond our control. While such disruptions are rare and typically resolved within a few hours, we cannot offer refunds for outages, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
☞Trash: Trash pick up days are Monday and Thursday. A service will take them to the curb and bring them back in.
☞Outdoor Grill: Always supervise while in use and clean it afterward, removing charcoal and food debris. Please bring your own charcoal.
☞Mini Golf: Putt only – no swinging, chipping, or launching balls. No rough play. Children must be supervised, keep pets off.
☞Use of Amenities: All amenities are provided for guest enjoyment. By using them, guests agree to do so at their own risk. The property owners are not liable for accidents or injuries.
☞NERF PLAY RULES: Play responsibly with protective eyewear. Report damage or loss. Charges may apply or any damages or misuse.
☞Restricted Items: No candles, confetti, hair dye or glitter. Use of any of these will result in a $100 fee, plus charges for any damages caused.
☞Showers: Please keep the shower curtain liner inside the tub and fully closed to avoid water damage
☞Toilets: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush feminine hygiene products, wipes, or trash. You may be held liable for any repair costs due to misuse.
☞Items left behind: We cannot ship. Ensure you have all belongings before checkout.

☞Pet Rules:
Dogs only, up to 2 dogs (50 lbs max).
$150 fee; $200 per pet if not disclosed.
Crate dogs when alone. Bring your own pet towels and crate.
No pets on furniture or in bedrooms.
Dogs must be house-trained.
Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in outdoor bins.
No dogs allowed in the backyard sand or on putting greens.

☞INCIDENTALS:
• Our cleaning service provides "start-up" supplies including: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, 2 dish washer pods, 2 laundry pods, kitchen and bathroom trash can liners, 1 hand soap and face soap in each bathroom and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Be prepared to purchase more to get you through your stay.
• The home is stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, linens, and 1 bath towel per guest (up to max occupancy).
• Beach towels are not provided—please bring your own.
• Prepare to bring or purchase incidentals, like soap, shampoo/conditioner.
• Coffee maker provided. BYO Coffee.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $30.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $30.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
