Less than 1 mi off the Parkway this brand new Dollywood Cabin (Built Aug 2020) is the ideal location for your Smoky Mountain getaway. Peaceful and quiet, yet near all the action. Just a stones throw from Dollywood, located in the Bear Cove Falls community. You may even get lucky and see the Dollywood fireworks from the front porch.
Spacious 4 BDR/3BA cabin has dedicated parking, brand new fully stocked kitchen, a private barbecue grill, and a private Hot Tub. Relax here and watch the sunset on your own private balcony.

The cabin is easily accessed with no stairs upon entering. There is a king bed ensuite on the main level, upstairs there is another king ensuite , a king room and kids room with full over full bunkbed and twin trundle underneath, total of 6 beds.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $30.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $30.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
